Hello C and O staff, It is always a pleasure to talk to your staff (Carol) also known as parts Mom. Every time I need certain parts she always goes out of her way to find or inquire about certain items, she has always been a great help. Employees like her are hard to find. So I as a dealer applaud you for having a great one.

Was looking online for a boat and C&O had a nice used 2014 Tracker for sale. Went to the dealership to check on the price of a new one. The lady at the desk said she would find Joe for me. He was busy and by chance a guy named Craig walked into the showroom and asked me what I needed. I told him and he said let me find Joe for you. He looked and Joe was busy. Craig then said come on Ill help you. We went outside, he told me the price of the new one, and I asked him about the used ones. He said yeah lets check em out! He then spent an hour or more with me in the parking lot in the blazing sun ( both of us were sweating pretty good ) discussing and showing me boats. I told him up front that I wasnt sure if I was a buyer yet. He acted like I never even said that at all. He showed me every single feature of the boat I was interested in and it seemed like he had known me his whole life. Super nice guy. I shook his hand and told him thanks for your time and left the dealership. Came back a couple days later and told him I wasnt 100% sure yet and wanted to take the boat to the water. I inspected the boat as thoroughly as I could and I found grease splattered all over the inside of one of the wheels. He immediately had the boat taken to the shop and had them repair it on the spot. Then I met Flaco (Havier) and he went with me to the water. Again, it was like this guy had known me all his life. Very knowledgeable about the boat. Taught me quite a bit about the boat while we were there. Great guy. Got back to the dealership at about 5:30 (they close at 5) and purchased the boat. Bottom line is, never had a better experience buying a boat, or anything else for that matter. Come to find out, this guy Craig is the owner of the company! Man, if every business owner treated their customers like I was treated at C&O marine in white bluff , tn. Id buy something everyday! Just wanted to share my experience with everyone cause it was a rare major purchase experience for sure! Thanks again Craig, Flaco, Joe and I cant forget old Skillet. Thanks for the paddle man! this will be my second post. 3 years ago I bought my boat from another dealer. since that time I have had several things added and done to my boat all have been done at C&O these people are now my friends they treat me like family and a friend not just a customer the other day I was in a bad mood didnt show it and Carol just walks around the corner and gives me a big ole hug She just doesnt realize how much I needed that hug at that moment. I just want to say what a dedicated Family run Business C&O is I didnt buy my boat from them but did have a power pole installed and a fender fixed from the first contact I made with Sammy you couldnt have asked to be treated any better than I was. after using my boat and Power Pole i had an issue with the power pole spike they jumped right on it and have got a new one on the way also the lights werent working on the fender they worked all the mechanics were tied up so Criag comes out gets on the ground and fixes the problem how many other dealerships do you know that the head man owner would do that. I have a Yamaha 250hp motor. i have had it worked on here in the Cin. area several times and have not been happy with the service and not satisfide with the wor or price I payed. Drove the 4 hours to C & O they found the problem the same day I droped off the boat gave me a price for repairs. My Triton Tr21x was brought into CO Marine to get fully rigged out. 2 Lowarnce HDS 8 units with lake insight, Minn Kota charger,Hamby Keel Guard, Atlas hydraulic jack plate and alot more. C&O is the true one stop dealer. I took my boat in for carpet replacement, recessed TM try, some trailer work (bunk replacement), and a routine service on my motor. I ended up trading motors while it was there. Went to pick up the boat and was speechless. The work was exceptional. They went over everything they did, walked me through the ins and outs of the new motor and answered all my questions. In my 18 years of owning boats, they are by far the best group of people I have ever dealt with and will have my business from now on. I was looking for a pump and actuator for my 5 year old Stratos. Called every Stratos dealer in Eastern Canada and no one had the parts or was interested in ordering them for me rush. I made a phone call to Carol on a Saturday afternoon and with in an hour, the call was returned and the order placed. Within a week, the parts arrived up here in The Great White North and now my live well is back up and working. Guess who I will be ordering future parts from? Service like this is very rare today.
